RETURNS 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify mummaslovelygifts@gmail.com to arrange a return at your own cost within 2 days of receiving the goods.

To complete your return, please email Mummas Love team at mummaslovelygifts@gmail.com  to arrange a replacement or refund. Please see Exchange or Refund section below for more details.


RETURNS - CUSTOM GIFTS:

Any custom gifts paid for and agreed upon by both parties are not eligible for a return due to custom items arranged to complete your order. We apologise for an inconvenience. 


RETURNS - DAMAGED GIFTS:

If the item you purchased is damaged during transit or delivery or defective in another way, please contact mummaslovelygifts@gmail.com immediately with adequate photos showing the damage. We will assess the damage and arrange for item exchange.


RETURNS - SALE ITEMS :

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mummaslovelygifts@gmail.com to arrange return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we received the return item, it will be inspected by our Mummas Love team. We will notify you on the approval of your refund.


Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a standard shipping cost of $9.15 will be detected from the refund as shipping cost is non-refundable.

Please expect two weeks from the approval date for the amount to be deposited to your bank account.


Refund cannot be processed for used items or the returned item is not in original packaging or that the item is not in the same condition as it is received by you.


LATE / MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of standard shipping charges ($9.15) will be detected from the refund. 

If you are shipping a return item which costs over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
