    Orders can be placed online anytime 24/7.


    We are open to answer any urgent queries in mobile from 7AM to 7PM AEST anyday.


    For non-urgent queries, please contact us through Email, or submit your queries through Contact Us page.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We support Secured Payment types which include Credit Card.  We also accept PayPal payments. 

  • What is your return policy?

    We endeavour to deliverall  gift box with great care and in good condition. 


    If the product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to qualify for replacement. 

    Please send photo of the damaged product immediately to mummaslovelygifts@gmail.com.

  • Can products be customised?

    Yes, we are happy to customise your product  according to your wish. We need that fresh surprise and happy smile at your loved ones face.


    We can customise flower colour,  number of chocolates  according to your wish.

  • What are your delivery timelines?

    All orders are hand curated fresh once the order is made by you. 


    Orders placed before 12PM will be ready for dispatch the next day.


    We deliver Australia wide and the delivery timelines depends on the shipping method selected (Standard / Express Post) by you at checkout.


    We encourage you to  pre-order the bouquet considering the delivery timelines. 


    We deliver free to Melbourne Urban area. There is no guarantee on delivery timeline for Free Delivery. 

    Please select appropriate shipping method if you expect the gifts to be delivered by certain date/time.

  • How can I track delivery?

    MummasLove will provide tracking details once the product is despatched for delivery. 


    Please expect a minimum of 24hrs from the time order is placed to get the tracking details. We endeavor to dispatch the gift box as early as possible.

  • How is my chocolate gift come presented?

    All chocolate gifts will come packaged in a delivery box, to make sure the gifts are not damaged in transit.


    For Melbourne urban area deliveries, the chocolate bouquets will be delivered in a beautiful gift bag, or in a delivery box depending on the estimated transit time.
